Several friends and acquaintances have asked how I was doing after my cardiac ablation procedure in June 2024.

Two years later I give a short update to answer questions that almost all people suffering from atrial fibrillation ask: Did your cardiac ablation work for you? Ultimately, people want to know whether it is worth undergoing this procedure. Obviously, I can't answer that last question, because each person, and their heart and personal situation, is different.

I can only talk about my experience. I hope this helps you, whether you have atrial fibrillation or know someone who has it. I did not want to have that operation, but I'm now glad that I did have it.

Here's the video on YouTube:

My work at the University of Fribourg (interview in French)

In this video I describe how I came to the University of Fribourg, how I contribute to teaching and research here, and which adjectives I use to describe the Faculty of theology.

My interview and those of my colleagues appear here: https://www.unifr.ch/theo/fr/fac/pers/video.html
